Sany Bharat displays 21 equipment, launches 12 new machines at Bauma Conexpo, ET Auto

Sany Bharat now manufactures more than 50 construction equipment machines at its factory in Chakan, Pune. It will continue to expand the product offerings in 2023 as well with focus on automation, sustainability and quality, the company said.

TICMPL executed on Friday a Share Purchase Agreement with the founders of Cellestial E-Mobility Private Limited (Cellestial) to acquire the balance 30.04% stake in it for INR 50.90 crore, the company said.
