How To Get Every Champion Weapon In Tears Of The Kingdom

Here's how to find all the materials you need to craft the Champion weapons in Tears of the Kingdom.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom offers dozens of unique weapon combinations for you to create using the incredible weapon-fusing mechanic. Some of the best weapons in Tears of the Kingdom are the rare Champion Weapons, which can be acquired after helping each region's sage.

However, there's no easy path to anything worth having, so prepare to spend some of your most valuable materials in order to acquire these rare curiosities. Each Champion Weapon will take time, effort, and love to craft, and it will be hard to let them go when they break. Be prepared to recreate these beauties over and over.

The Champion Weapons are rare tools that represent the power and abilities of each region's sage and can be Link's to use for a steep price.

In order to gain access to each region's Champion Weapon, you must complete the associated Regional Phenomena quest and speak to the blacksmith to learn of the required materials.

Once you befriend a sage and speak to the resident blacksmith, you'll have a short list of three materials to find for each weapon.

Materials Required:

Return to Rito Village and talk to Teba about the Great Eagle Bow. After he tells you a bit about the weapon, you'll need to find the requisite materials to craft the bow.

The most reliable place to find the Diamonds for each of these weapons is at the vendor in Goron City who sells them for 1,000 Rupees. Otherwise, search nearby caves for a chance to locate some.

Bundles of wood should be plentiful when cutting down trees and chopping logs.

The easiest place to locate a Swallow Bow is at the Flight Range in the Hebra Mountains.

Fast travel to the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and walk forward through some thorns toward the edge of a cliff.

Look over the edge slightly to the right to spot a house that you should glide down to; this is the Flight Range.

Land on the outcropping and look at the box next to where Kaneli is sitting – there is a Swallow Bow sitting on the box.

Alternatively, you can find a Swallow Bow in a cave past Trailhead Lodge, or from a chest high atop Hebra Peak.

With your Diamonds, wood, and Swallow Bow in hand, it's time to return to Teba to collect your new bow.

Talk to Teba and agree to trade him the required materials to acquire the Great Eagle Bow and complete "Legacy of the Rito."

This bow boasts 28 damage per arrow and fires a volley of three arrows at once.

You can fuse materials to an arrow, and they will attach to each, but you will not use more than one material when you fuse them.

Once you've saved Gerudo Town from the Queen Gibdo, return to it and talk to Cara in the Jewelry Shop to receive the quest "The Missing Owner."

You must complete this quest first to craft the Scimitar and Daybreaker. Cara tells you that her friend Isha has gone missing in the Toruma Dunes.

Travel to the Toruma Dunes and defeat the giant Molduga that has trapped Isha on a platform in the middle of the sand.

The Molduga drops a chest that can reward the Gerudo Scimitar or Gerudo Shield you need.

If you still need one of the items, you can wait until the Blood Moon to fight the Molduga again or scan an Urbosa Amiibo instead.

As usual, grab your Diamonds and Flint from the nearby caves in the desert, or simply buy the Diamonds if you can afford them.

Return to Gerudo Town to complete "The Missing Owner" and unlock access to the Arms of the Seven: Daybreaker and Scimitar of the Seven.

Daybreaker is a fantastic shield with 48 Defense and an absolutely stunning visual design, though it doesn't have a passive ability.

The Scimitar of the Seven touts only 28 Attack Power, but boasts the ability to double its fusion material's Attack Power.

So, if you fuse an item with 50 Attack Power, your Scimitar will have 128 total Attack Power (50 doubled plus 28) instead of only 78.

Materials Required:

The Lightscale Trident is an incredible Champion Weapon and boasts the best combat usage of the four options.

After you've disposed of the Mucktorok and returned the Zora Domain's waters to normal, return to the central area where you spoke to Sidon after the Water Temple.

Here, enter the Zora Domain Armor Shop and speak to Dento, the blacksmith.

Once you speak with Dento, he'll give you a list of materials to hunt down. Once you've sorted out your Diamonds and Flint supplies, you'll be on the hunt for a Zora Spear.

The most reliable location to find a Zora Spear is in the Tabahl Woods Cave.

Head to the west of Ralis Pond and into Tabahl Forest.

There is also a Zora Spear in a chest on a cliff at this location: 3335, 0490, 0140. A Mipha Amiibo will also do the trick.

Toward the center, you will find the cave tucked under a cliff's edge.

Enter the cave and fight the Lizalfos and Like Likes you encounter.

You should be able to acquire the spear with ease from the enemies, so take a moment to grab extras here if you think you may want to craft this weapon again.

Grab your new Zora Spear and return to the Zora Domain.

Once you return, Dento will commend you, craft the Lightscale Trident, and complete "Glory of the Zora".

The Lightscale Trident doubles its total Attack Power from 22 to 44 (including fusion material) while Link is wet.

While this may seem somewhat situational, be aware that using Sidon's ability will make Link wet, thus triggering the Attack Power bonus with ease.

Therefore, if you fuse a 50 Attack Power item to the Trident, it will flaunt a 144 total when wet as the normal 72 Attack power is doubled.

Materials Required:

The final Champion Weapon, the Boulder Breaker can be acquired once you've saved Goron City and Yunobo from their strange mind-control spell.

Return to the city and head toward the center, where you'll find a Goron named Fugo right outside the Blacksmith Shop.

Fugo wants to prove himself as a smith, so he'll enlist your assistance to gather the rare materials needed to craft the legendary Boulder Breaker.

Diamonds and Flint have never been closer, as the Diamond and Flint vendors are a stone's throw from the blacksmith.

Buy or collect these materials, then prepare to go hunting for a Cobble Crusher to fashion into your Boulder Breaker.

There is a camp of enemies just south of the city that has a great chance to drop a Cobble Crusher.

Head south along the mountains until you come across a group of enemies dancing around. Take them out from afar and claim their Cobble Crusher.

Alternatively, you can descend into The Depths and defeat a Boss Bokoblin below the city. Otherwise, you can scan a Daruk Amiibo to bypass searching.

Once you've gathered the necessary items, return to Fugo to receive the sword and complete "Soul of the Gorons."

The Boulder Breaker comes with 38 Attack Power and the Demolisher passive, which allows you to break massive stones with ease.

In addition, the weapon has incredibly high durability, so you'll be able to use it for a long while before being forced to craft this rare artifact once again.
